Perlio is a loan operations product. This page describes how the public website and organisation workspaces handle information. It is not legal advice.

Public website

When you register, you submit contact and organisation details so we can review a subscription request. Email verification, when mail is configured, sends a short-lived code to the address you provide.

Organisation workspaces

After a subscription is accepted, customer, loan, collection, and staff records belong to that organisation’s workspace. Staff accounts are used to sign in and are limited by roles assigned inside that organisation.

Sessions and security controls

Sign-in uses a password stored as a hash. Session cookies are HTTP-only with SameSite=Lax. Forms include CSRF protection. We do not sell marketing lists from this application.
