These terms describe use of the Perlio public site and organisation workspaces. They are a product notice, not a substitute for a signed commercial contract.

Accounts

Registration requests a subscription. Tenant login works only after we accept the request and provision the organisation workspace. You are responsible for the staff accounts and roles you create.

Acceptable use

Use the software for legitimate lending operations of your organisation. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s workspace or to bypass sign-in or permission checks.

Service

Availability, backups, and support depend on how the operator hosts the application. This page does not promise uptime, insurance, or regulatory certification.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the public site after an update means you have read the current page.
